After releasing the film’s teaser earlier in September, Vicky Kaushal shared the trailer of his upcoming film, Uri: The Surgical Strike, on his social media profiles on Wednesday.
Sharing the trailer on Twitter, he wrote, “Yeh naya Hindustan hai! #URItrailer out now!” referring to Paresh Rawal’s dialogue in the film, “Yeh naya Hindustan hai, yeh ghar mein ghusega bhi, aur maarega bhi.”

The trailer of the movie released on Friday in which the 30-year-old plays the role of an Indian army officer who leads a covert operation (surgical strike) across the border, after the attack of Pakistan forces on Uri base camp in which 19 soldiers died.
Written and directed by Aditya Dhar, Uri is based on the surgical strikes that the Indian Army’s Special Forces carried out across Line of Control (LoC).
