Gurugram: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the much-awaited Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway on Monday which will bring relief to residents of Gurugram and national capital from high pollution levels.

While addressing the gathering, PM Modi took a dig at UPA, said “this expressway was scheduled to be opened during the commonwealth games.”

“This western peripheral expressway had to be completed during commonwealth games, but we all know what was done back then, this expressway was also a victim of that,” Pm Modi said.

“Now every day 27 km of highways being constructed in India,” PM Modi added.

The Haryana government has constructed the KMP Expressway or the Western Peripheral Expressway.
