RaGa smells of conspiracy, says Unnao rape witness ‘buried hurriedly’

An eye witness of the Unnao rape case that happened on June 2017, in which BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar was allegedly involved, has died, hinting to a conspiracy, Congress President Rahul Gandhi took it to the twitter and said “ he died under mysterious circumstances” and was “buried hurriedly without getting his post-mortem done”.

The CBI is probing the case and said that the safety and security of the witnesses are in the hand of state police not the central agencies. According to the Uttar Pradesh police, the witness, Yunus, ran a general shop was allegedly not well for sometime and must have died because of illness.

Yunus was a witness in the CBI case involving fatal assault on the father of the rape victim allegedly by the brother of the MLA Atul Singh Sengar and four others. The father of the victim died in the jail where he was taken on the false charge under the arms act.

The UP police said that Yunus was suffering from liver ailment and his reports are also with them.
