A report by India Today quoted her as saying, “Everything other than the most obvious. I am bored when people say they love his energy. The man has so much more.”

She further added, “He is an extremely good human being. He is kind and good to people. He is very real, emotional and sensitive. He is a man who is not afraid to cry and I love that about him. He is a man.”

Earlier this year, there were rumours about their alleged wedding. Some speculation-based reports even suggested that Ranveer and Deepika’s parents have already met and finalised the wedding date.

Reportedly, Prakash and Ujjala Padukone flew down from Bengaluru to Mumbai for the same purpose. The parents of the two had a long discussion about their wedding at Deepika’s Prabhadevi residence, following which, they even went to Four Seasons, Worli for an elaborate dinner.

Sources quoted by reports suggest that Ranveer and Deepika apparently wanted a destination wedding, the kind that Virat and Anushka Sharma had. However, Ranveer’s parents are keen that the ceremony take place in Mumbai.

Ranveer had even answered questions about his marriage, “I don’t know where that’s coming from, but yes, of course, these are things I think about… As much as I am consumed by work at the moment, these things are on my mind. But there’s nothing decisive, as of now.”
