Deloitte India M&A Transaction Services assists Wow Momo Foods in series B funding

Wow! Momo Foods India Private Limited (WM), the game changer in the franchise of quick service restaurants recently announced that they have raised Rs 44 Crores as series B funding at Rs 230 Crore Valuation.

Deloitte India has assisted the Wow! Momo with Financial and Tax vendor due diligence services and tax structuring services in raising funds.

The funds raised by the Kolkata-based fast food chain will be used in expanding back-end infrastructure for the known brand, according to the CEO (WM), Sagar Daryani.

Currently Wow! Momo has 115 outlets in 8 cities in India including Delhi NCR, Pune, Kolkata, Kochi, Chennai, Bengaluru. Wow! Momo is planning to expand its outlet in major cities and open 50 more outlets before the fiscal year 2020. The fast food chain is famous for the varieties of Momos served by Wow! Momo.
