Qatar Airways on Wednesday came out with the industry‘s first new feature by launching its new QSuite that are the first double beds in business class. The seats have privacy panels that stow away, allowing passengers in adjoining suites to create a double bed.
There are also movable TV monitors at the centre of the four seats, such that a family of four can have a private suit.
“If you are a group of businessmen who want to discuss business on board, you can also do this in total privacy,” said Akbar Al Baker, Qatar Airways Global Chief Executive and finally, if you are a couple on honeymoon, you can have a double bed created from the two seats.”
