This iconic picture taken by photographer Arun Sharma on 13th December where Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ex- Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, ex- deputy PM L.K Advani to pay tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the Parliament terrorist attack of December, 2001.
