Former Cricketer turned politician Navjot Singh Sidhu’s wife Navjot Kaur Sidhu has joined the Congress party on Monday ahead of polls in the state of Punjab.
Both Novjot Singh Sidhu and his wife left the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) a few months back after the former cricketer resigned as the member of Rajya Sabha.

Navjot Kaur Sidhu on Monday shared the podium with party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala, who took jibes at the BJP government over demonetisation. Pargat Singh, was also present at the event.
