#MORAL POLICING: Bachelor Denied To Bring a Female Friend In A Gated Colony In Gurgaon

Date:

Despite the fact that its 21st century, the ideals and values that individuals uphold still seem to be outdated. In a recent incident in Gurgaon, a man was denied to bring his female friend home after she landed in India, simply because he was a bachelor and because he was a man.

The guards at the gate stopped the woman from entering and when the guy (Mohit) came down to explain, after three hours of argumentation, the result was futile. When a letter was written to the president of RWA, a reply came back suggesting that the “rules” of the society had to be enforced.

If one were to read through the comments, it would be evident to see how backward the mindset of a lot people really is.

When Mohit wrote a letter to the RWA, he was told that there is “pressure” from the retired DG.

This is just an example of the harsh and evident reality, and what goes on underneath the hood of the cool and coming Delhi-NCR.
