Bikaner, Aug 18 (PTI) Bikaner police today released ahelpline number for women on WhatsApp. Girls and women can seek police assistance in case of eveteasing, abuse, violence etc. by sending a text message to theservice called ‘Pukar’ on WhatsApp number 8764852595, BikanerIG Bipin Kumar Pandey said. "The objective is to provide instant police assistance togirls and women in such cases.
