1992-Batch(AGMUT cadre) IAS officer, Vijay Kumar is appointed as the new secretary to the Lt. Governor of Delhi, Najeeb Jung. He was the former CEO of Jal Board.
Kumar was earlier posted as Administrator of Lakshadweep and has also worked under the AAP Government in 2015.
