Rajendra Kumar’s Arrest: Delhi-govt wants FIR against MK Meena

Date:

New Delhi: In the latest twist on Arvind Kejriwal’s principal secretary Rajendra Kumar case, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government now wants to lodge an FIR against M.K.Meena, Special Commissioner, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) , sources said.

Sources said, Kapil Mishra today wrote a letter to Lt. Governor Najeeb Jang where he allegedly stated that ACB is taking long time to investigate the other pending matters. The Anti-Corruption Bureau questioned Kapil Mishra on Monday for about two hours in the`400 crore water tanker scam.

According to Kapil Mishra, there are other important cases such as AMR meter scam, Bhagirathi WTP Rehab Scam etc. But ACB and Lt. Governor is not taking any action on that.  They are only targeting AAP government.

It’s been two years since the above mention cases have registered. Kapil Mishra  wrote that there cannot be separate laws for citizens of this country. India is a democratic country and all citizens are to be treated equally.

After questioning a day, the CBI arrested Rajendra Kumar and Tarun Sharma, deputy secretary on charges of Rs.50-crore corruption case yesterday. A furious Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia then called it an attempt to destabilise the Delhi government.
