Google’s new CEO welcomes Modi ahead of Silicon Valley visit

Google’s newly crowned CEO Sundar Pichai has welcomed Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi through a video posted by Google India on their official YouTube channel.

Praising Modi’s vision of a ‘Digital India’ Pichai said: “There is no more important role for tech companies today than helping to connect the next billion Internet users.”

Modi Government’s ambitious ‘Make in India’ and ‘Digital India’ campaigns are expected to be the headlining features of his visit to Silicon Valley.
