This year has been great for movie buffs — Bombay Velvet then Piku, Tanu Weds Manu Returns — all of these ensured that every type of movie goer had something to be happy about, even though Bombay Velvet directed by Anurag Kashyap could not live upto the expectations of the junta.
With a slew of great movies that hit the silver screen, it’s time for yet another big one — Dil Dhadakne Do.
The movie, which hit screen on Friday, has a big star cast and its fate will tell whether it will be able to make big box office collection or not.

Our view
Zoya Akhtar should be given five stars for choosing the key key characters of her dysfunctional Punjabi melodramatic film, ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’.
I wouldn’t have even imagined in my weirdest dream having Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh playing siblings. Ranveer uniting onscreen with his former girlfriend Anushka Sharma is surely something we look forward to as much as we are excited about Priyanka being paired opposite Farhan Akhtar. Beautiful locales, a peek into the lives of rich and and quirky characters makes this film one of the most anticipated release of this year.
