New Delhi: Senior IPS officer Krishna Chaudhary has been appointed as the new chief of border guarding force ITBP.
The 1979-batch Bihar cadre officer is presently working as the Director General of the Railway Protection Force under the Railway Ministry.
The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi issued the orders for appointment of the officer.
