Woman escapes unhurt as train passes over her

Bulandshahr (UP): A 50-year-old woman had a miraculous escape as she emerged unhurt after a Rajdhani Express train passed over her when she tripped and fell on railway track at Khurja Railway Station.

Rajwati was crossing the rail track, unmindful of fast approaching Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express, when she slipped and fell on the middle of the Howrah-Delhi rail route track.

The express train passed over the woman, and to the surprise of scores of people on the platform she stood up unhurt and reached the platform.

Station master Rahul Singh confirmed the incident and said no case was registered as she was not injured.
