New Delhi: S K Mohapatra has taken over as Additional Secretary, Dept of Legal Affairs. The ILS officer has succeeded R Raghupati who retired in June this year. Prior to this, Mohapatra served as Joint Secretary & Legal Adviser, Department of Legal Affairs.
