Another Facebook user posted the image with similar claim: जॉर्ज सोर्सस जिसने मोदी सरकार को हराने के लिये पैसा पानी की तरह बहाया उसे इस बात के लिये तैयार किसने किया….. .? The image in the post also carried text saying: भारत की केन्द्रीय कांग्रेस पार्टी की सरकार के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह की लड़की भारत में नरेन्द्र मोदीजी के विरोध में काम करने वाले जार्ज सोरोस के साथ आपत्ति जनक अवस्था में क्या देश विरोध में मनमोहन सिंह की पुत्री इतनी गिर गई है विचार योग्य बात है (English translation: The daughter of former prime minister of India, Manmohan Singh, in an objectionable situation with George Soros, who is working against Narendra Modi in India. It is a matter to think about… how Manmohan Singh’s daughter stooped so low in her anti-national activities.)

Conducting a Reverse Image Search of the viral image, the NM team found the original picture featuring in a Business Insider report, dated August 13, 2012, with a title: “Check Out George Soros’s Engagement Photos.”
According to the report, the image shows George Soros with his girlfriend, Tamiko Bolton. The report included multiple images of Soros and Bolton from their engagement in August 2012.
Additionally, we found another report by The Washington Post, dated September 22, 2013, which stated that George Soros married Tamiko Bolton in New York.
Thus, it is evident that the image showing the woman with Soros is NOT former Indian PM Manmohan Singh’s daughter, BUT Tamiko Bolton whom he married in 2013.
