Running a Reverse Image Search of the video keyframes, the NM team identified a YouTube video, dated January 17, 2024, similar to the viral clip. Here, the model walking the ramp is not Sonakshi Singha, but someone else. As per the information, the name of this model is Alejandra Talles.
We also found a longer version of Alejandra’s ramp walk from the viral video. This ramp walk took place at a show named ‘Miami Art Basel 2023’. This show was organised in December 2023 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, in Florida. Apart from Alejandra, other models also walked the ramp in a bikini.
Checking this video through ‘Hive Moderation’, a deepfake detection tool, our team found it to be 99.3% AI-generated.
Thus, it is confirmed that with the help of AI, Sonakshi Sinha’s face has been superimposed on the viral video of a model wearing a bikini on social media.
