VIP exit polls predict…

New Delhi: AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal could return to lead Delhi, according to exit polls.

With an unprecedented voter turnout at 67.21%, Delhi’s fate will now be revealed only on Feb. 10 when the results will be declared.

However, before the results are declared, exit polls have come out which are tentative indictors and predictions of how the results may turn out to be.

According to ABP-Nielsen predictions, here are the results for the top candidates in the high-profile constituencies, which was the talking point during the whole Delhi Assembly elections: 

 

AAP’s Somnath Bharti is likely to win from  Malviya Nagar constituency seat beating BJP’s and Congress respective candidates.

At Sadar Bazar constituency,  Congress Chief Ministerial Candidate Ajay Maken appears to be losing to AAP’s Som Dutt.

Aam Aadmi Party’s Jarnail Singh is seen winning from high-profile seat Tilak Nagar,defeating BJP’s Rajiv Babbar and Congress’ Duli Chand Lohia.

Aam Aadmi Party’s Chief Ministerial candidate and Delhi’s former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is seen retaining his prestigious seat of New Delhi defeating Congress’ Kiran Walia and BJP’s Nupur Sharma.

BJP’s Chief Ministerial Candidate Kiran Bedi is seen to be winning from her Krishnanagar Constituency seat defeating AAP and Congress leaders.

Ballimaran: Imran Hussain of Aam Aadmi Party appears to be winning.  While BJP’s Shayam Lal Morwal and Congress’ Haroon Yusuf likely to lose their respective seats.

Popular Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia is  seen retaining his Patparganj seat defeating his ex-companion & BJP’s new leader  Vinod Kumar Binny.

Congress leader Shoaib Iqbal who has never lost a single election is expected to be defeated by Aam Aadmi Party candidate Asim Ahmed from Matia Mahal constituency.

AAP’s leader Sourav Bharadwaj seen to be winning against President Pranab Mukherjee’s daughter and Congress candidate Sharmistha Mukherjee from Greater kailash constituency.

BJP’s Chief Ministerial Candidate Kiran Bedi is seen to be winning from her Krishnanagar Constituency seat defeating AAP and Congress leaders.
