Here are the things you need to know about the next round:

  • With rain impacting games in the Super 12 round, the ICC council has made some changes in the rules for the next round.
  • The next round of pivotal semi-finals and finals will have a reserve day for each game in case rain spoils the day.
  • The council has further added that a minimum of 10 overs are required to be played by each team to conclude the match.
  • This will give a fair advantage to the players of both teams. The minimum margin in the previous Super 12 round was five overs.
  • India will face England while Pakistan will face New Zealand on November 9 at SCG.
  • The winners of both matches will face each other on November 13 at the iconic venue of Melbourne Cricket Ground.
  • Viewers can stream the live coverage on Disney + Hotstar or tune in to Star Sports to catch the live action in India.
  • The matches will start at 1:30 PM (IST).
