Date:

The Stock Market crashed on Wednesday owing to broad-based selling by investors.  A grim sentiment at the global markets, adding to the probable news of a delayed rate cut from the US Federal Reserve, the Indian indices closed in the red.

The BSE Sensex came down by 906.07 points, to close at 72,761.89, while the broad-based Nifty ended 338.00 points lower and ended at 21,997.70.
