Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’ is poised to evolve into a franchise. Following the teasing of the film’s sequel, ‘Animal Park,’ in the post-credits scene, both Vanga and T-Series producer Bhushan Kumar have confirmed and titled the upcoming sequel as ‘Animal Park.’

Vanga discussed his collaboration with Kumar, stating, ‘The freedom he provides for my creativity and song selection makes T-Series feel like home, fulfilling all a director needs.’ Vanga highlighted the producer’s lack of concern about the budget and absence of interference during filming, noting, ‘It dawned on me afterward that we never actually delved into budget discussions,’ as reported by the Indian Express.
After the credits, Aziz, the character from ‘Animal,’ a butcher, seeks revenge for his brother Abrar’s death (Bobby Deol) and undergoes plastic surgery to resemble Ranvijay (Ranbir Kapoor). Engaging in a spree of killings, the scene concludes before the curtain falls.
‘Animal’ has amassed Rs. 519.64 crores in India. Featuring Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri, the film premiered in theaters on December 1, 2023.
