Ravindra Singhal takes charge as Nashik police commissioner

Nashik (Maha), Aug 23 (PTI) IPS officer RavindraSinghal today took charge as the Nashik Police Commissionerhere. The outgoing commissioner S Jagannathan has beentransferred by the Maharashtra government to Mumbai asAdditional Director General of Police in Training and SpecialSquads Office in place of Singhal, official said. Singhal, IPS of 1998 batch, had earlier worked asNashik District Superintendent of Police and overseen theKumbh Mela in 2003. PTI HVJ  NRB
