Play a role in nation building: Raj Assembly speaker to youth

Jaipur, Sep 17 (PTI) Rajasthan Assembly Deputy Speaker RaoRajendra Singh today asked the youth to play a constructiverole in the development of the nation. He was speaking during a programme organised by IndianYouth Parliament here. "Laws like Right to Information Act are the clear exampleof the role of civil society in the democracy. Youth shouldalso be very active and constructive for their role in thesociety," Singh said. RSS leader Indresh Kumar also held an interaction sessionwith the youth. "When I was in Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists tried toabduct me three-four times but were unsuccessful," he claimed. Manan Chaturvedi, Chairperson of Rajasthan StateCommission for Protection of Child Rights, was also present onthe occasion. PTI SDA AQS RGRCB
