New Delhi: Several buses stationed at a Bengaluru bus depot were engulfed in flames on Monday, causing a massive fire. According to images shared by the news agency ANI, significant plumes of black smoke rose as the buses burned beneath a metal structure in Bengaluru’s Veerabhadranagar area.
Firefighting teams were on the scene, diligently working to quell a blaze, according to media reports. The fire, suspected to have originated in the garage, is said to have then extended to the buses. The precise cause of the fire remains under investigation.

“At least four buses which were parked at a garage caught fire. Our fire-fighters are at the spot trying to douse the fire. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained,” a senior Fire department official told media.
No casualties or injuries have been reported so far.
