After violating the ceasefire in Poonch sector early in the morning, Pakistani Rangers offered sweets to BSF soldiers in the evening at the International Border in Jammu.
“On the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day, Pakistan rangers and Border Security Force exchanged sweets and greeted each other in Samba, Arnia and RS Pura Sectors of International Border (IB) in Jammu,” a BSF spokesman said.
