Gurgaon: Security of Gurgaon’s posh locality, Nirvana was breached on Tuesday as three unknown men made an attempt to kidnap a child.
The three were riding a red color Honda citi and circled around Aspen Greens Park where children were playing.
“A man stepped out and then lured his child with a toy. They then suddenly disappeared,†said Sanu Kapila, a resident.
“The three young men in the car were not residents and none of the children had seen them before,†Kapila added.
The incident was seen as a case of someone doing a recce to commit a crime of serious nature.
The residents went to the Police Station and filed a complaint. They are also checking for CCTV footage at the gates and are trying to identify the vehicle.
 This attempt highlights the lack of proper security in Nirvana country which has been a major concern for the residents. According to the residents, the security setup in Nirvana is ‘eyewash’. They presented their case to Unitech innumerable times; however, the situation has only turned for the worse. Â
The residents, doing their part, alerted all the people and issued guidelines to ensure safety for kids and adults alike in the society.
