US Secretary of State, John Kerry, who is visiting India on a diplomatic tour in order to strengthen ties with the country, addressed IIT Delhi students about various issues.
This is just the start of a many visit filled tour of Mr. Kerry, who believes that engaging with the masses will not only strengthen diplomatic ties, but also provide for an opportunity to make meaningful relationships.
