JLo adds glamour to Hinduja wedding

Udaipur: UK-based billionaire Sanjay Hinduja tied the knot with his girlfriend and designer Anusuya Mahtani in a lavish ceremony on Thursday. The wedding was at Jagmandir Island Palace in Udaipur.

The pre-wedding ceremonies that started from February 10 saw many high-profile guests, including Bollywood celebrities and politicians joining in the celebrations.

The three-day celebration ended with a high-octane performance by American pop star Jennifer Lopez.

The diva put on quite a show at the wedding festivities as she performed on stage.

Actress Shilpa Shetty who was also in Udaipur to attend the big fat Indian wedding was lucky to see JLo perform.

The highlight of the show though was the sangeet hosted on February 10 at Taj Lake Palace, with Nicole Scherzinger of Pussycat Dolls fame performing alongside Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh.Â

JLo, was spotted arriving in India early on Thursday morning.Â She was accompanied by her ex-boyfriend Casper Smart, with whom she is rumoured to have recently reunited.

Reports also suggest JLo was accommodated at one of the most expensive suites in the country.

This is the first marriage for the 50-year old Sanjay Hinduja and the second for Anusuya, who is the daughter of Indu and Manu Mahtani and the sister of fashion designer Nandita Mahtani.Â

Designer Manish Malhotra had designed the pre-wedding function dress for the soon-to bride Mahtani, who is designer Nandita Mahtani’s sister.

The guest list for the pre-wedding included Madhuri Dixit, designer Manish Malhotra, Deanne Panday, Anil Ambani, Nita Ambani, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Nitin Gadkari, Poonam Dhillon and designer Shaina NC, among others.

The big fat Sindhi wedding was high on glamour, with an array of socialites posing and grooming. Among those present were Malaika Arora Khan, Preity Zinta, Manish Malhotra, Deanne Pandey, Haseena Jethmalani, Surily Goel and Farah Oomerbhoy.Â
