Here are a few conditions that can be treated by mixing honey and cinnamon together:

Boosts immunity 

Consuming honey and cinnamon consumed on a regular basis can boost your immune system. They are a rich source of antioxidants and have anti-bacterial properties.

Metabolism

Honey and cinnamon mixed with hot water are known to boost metabolism and help in weight loss. The mixture prevents fat accumulation in the body, even if you are on a high-calorie diet.

Breath 

Both honey and cinnamon have strong anti-inflammatory properties and can help in treating gums and teeth infection at bay. You can make a paste of honey and cinnamon paste on your teeth and gums which will curb bad breath.

Low risk of heart disease 

If you have a cholesterol issue then take a mix of honey and cinnamon on a regular basis. Add 3 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 2 teaspoons of honey in some tea water and drink it on a regular basis to keep your heart healthy.
