Former Director Inspector General (DIG) of Police of Jorhat Prabin Saikia’s body was found in the drain at Kendeguri, Assam on Monday.

He was missing from Sunday, while he went to attend Bihu festival in Kendeguri district. The police said that the cause of his death could only be ascertained after the post-mortem reports.
