जय काँग्रेस” – the caption read.

FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the above picture and found that it is OLD.

On putting the image through Reverse Image search, we found an article by NDTV dated  February 28, 2019, titled, “At Kumbh Mela, UP Eyes Guinness Record For “Largest Parade Of Buses.”

According to an article published by Financial Express, UP Government created a Guinness Record for the largest parade of buses. A total of 500 buses with the Kumbh logo were used to make the record. The buses covered a stretch of 3.2 km in Prayagraj.

Meanwhile, on May 18, the UP government accepted Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s offer of 1,000 buses to transport migrant workers.

From the above information, we can deduce that the picture in question is old and is NOT related to  Priyanka Gandhi’s recent offer of 1,000 buses to transport migrant workers.
