It’s not uncommon to hear bad experiences with e-commerce stories: your products are not delivered, sometimes they are lost and sometimes they are delivered to you, but not in one piece.
But, Snapdeal took it to a whole new level this time.
Alok Kejriwal, CEO and Co-Founder of Games2win, received an e-mail from Snapdeal which stated that his order has been cancelled as delivery of his package could not be completed. However, Alok said that he did not order any such product and alleged that Snapdeal has goofed up.
So help me understand this email I just received from Snapdeal:1. Does Snapdeal think I am "Aneema"?2. Does "Aneema"…

Snapdeal’s name has cropped up into such faux pas acts plenty of times but this goof up further shows how e-commerce websites mess up orders.
E-commerce used to be a symbol of progress for business in India. But now it seems like things are going backwards with stories of such goof ups popping up all over the internet.
