All throughout today the eyes will be on wrestlers who begin their campaign at the Games, as well as women’s hockey where India takes on Australia in the semifinals.
GOLD MEDAL! No. 14.: Sushil Kumar shines bright! Wins gold medal in men’s freestyle 74kg wrestling with a 10-0 margin against South Africa’s Johannes Botha to complete his CWG hat-trick. He took just 80 seconds to win by technical superiority.

GOLD MEDAL No. 13 FOR INDIA! Rahul Aware wins gold medal in men’s freestyle 57kg wrestling beating Canada’s Steven Takahashi 15-7 in the final.
