Bikaner police releases women helpline number on WhatsApp

Bikaner, Aug 18 (PTI) Bikaner police today released ahelpline number for women on WhatsApp. Girls and women can seek police assistance in case of eveteasing, abuse, violence etc. by sending a text message to theservice called ‘Pukar’ on WhatsApp number 8764852595, BikanerIG Bipin Kumar Pandey said. "The objective is to provide instant police assistance togirls and women in such cases. The number will be circulatedin schools, colleges and at other public places so that itreaches the maximum number of people," he said. PTI SDA RC ZMNRC
