New Delhi: The International Yoga Day and the Guinness Records that India has scripted have together breathed a fresh lease of life into the art of living on India. It was already a popular alternative to going gymming, but now, all the attention that the world has given it, might give it the boost that it had required always.
The ministry of Ayush has plans up its sleeve to popularise Yoga further, and regulate it across all strata. If reports are to be believed, a Rs 500 crore-plan is in the pipeline for infrastructure, training facilities and research of Yoga.
