New Delhi: Actor Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Raghav Chadha are set to tie the knot in Udaipur on Sunday.
The wedding has attracted prominent political figures, with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann among the attendees.
While the political guest list is extensive, the Bollywood presence is relatively limited, with the absence of the bride’s cousin Priyanka Chopra and co-star Akshay Kumar.

Manish Malhotra, who designed Parineeti’s wedding attire, checked into Udaipur on Sunday. Karan Johar is also expected to join the celebrations at the Leela Palace Hotel, which also serves as the wedding venue.

The wedding procession will include a boat ride from the iconic Lake Palace to the Leela Palace, as boats are the primary mode of transportation across Lake Pichola.

The festivities commenced with a grand welcome for the couple upon their arrival on Friday, followed by mehendi, haldi, and a 90s-themed sangeet ceremony.
Pre-wedding celebrations began in New Delhi last week, featuring events such as an ardas ceremony and a Sufi night attended by cricketer Harbhajan Singh.
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged in May in Delhi, with Priyanka Chopra flying in from Los Angeles to attend the engagement.
