FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the post, and found it to be false.

Scanning the official website of the G20 Summit 2023, our team found that apart from the members of G20, leaders of nine other countries and multiple international organisations have been invited by India to attend the summit.

India has invited Bangladesh, Egypt, Mauritius, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Oman, Singapore, Spain and UAE for the G20 Summit.

Moreover, as per the official statement released by Nigeria on September 3, 2023, President Bola Tinubu was to attend the G20 Leaders’ Summit on the special invitation of PM Modi.
