We could not find any evidence or credible media report supporting the claim that Virat Kohli uploaded objectionable stories (Instagram) slamming Shubman Gill. Had he put up any such story on Instagram, mainstream media would have covered it and evoked reactions from other experts, too.
On the contrary, we found several media reports, including an appreciation story posted by Virat for Shubman. According to an article in ABP News, dated May 16, 2023, Virat Kohli took to Instagram to post a picture of Shubman with a caption: “There’s potential and then there’s Gill. Go on and lead the next generation.
