Performing a Reverse Image Search with relevant keywords, we spotted a Facebook post, dated July 1, 2019, carrying the same viral video with a description that it is from Gagariya village in Barmer, Rajasthan.

Replying to a tweet that carried the viral video on March 14, 2023, Barmer Police also clarified that the video is from 2019. The police said that a fatal collision involving a private bus occurred on June 28, 2019, in front of a gas station in the town of Gagaria, home of police station Ramsar. A family member had previously delivered a speech along these lines at the protest by the deceased person’s family against this tragedy. And appropriate legal action had been taken against that person.

Thus, it is evident from the above information that the viral video is not recent.
