Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Monday extended judicial custody of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia till April 3 in connection with the excise policy case.
Siodia’s judicial custody was extended by 14 days in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) case.
Delhi’s former deputy chief minister, who resigned as a minister on Feb 28, two days after he was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the excise policy case, was arrested by ED on March 9, on the eve of his bail plea hearing against the CBI arrest. He was sent to ED’s custody till March 17, which was later extended till March 22.
