Running the Reverse Image Search, we found the original visual in a report by ETV Bharat, dated March 3, 3023. In the original image, there is nothing written on it.
The same image was also shared on Twitter by Congress leader Pawan Khera on March 1, 2023. In that image too, ‘Rahul Rajeev Feroz’ was not written anywhere.
Thus, it is clear that the viral image is edited and the name was added by using the editing software.
