NewsMobile fact-checked the viral post, and found it to be false.

Running a Reverse Image Search of the video keyframes, we traced a news article in News Puran a Hindi news network, dated March 22, 2022, and titled: इंदौर में छाया रंगपंचमी का पर्व, गेर में उमड़ी भीड़

The images in the article match exactly with one of the video keyframes, According to the report, the photos are from Indore in Madhya Pradesh, where people came out of their houses to celebrate the Rangpanchmi festival after Covid-19.

We also found a tweet by the same media house where they posted a video from the Rangpanchmi celebrations in Indore.

The video matches exactly with the viral clip, confirming that it has been online since March 2022, and has nothing to do with the victory of the Congress MLA in Pune.

Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral video claiming that the people of Pune celebrated the victory of  Ravindra Dhangekar is false.
