Putting the image through the Reverse Image Search, we traced the original cartoon which is not related to any political party.
The original cartoon was posted by a Facebook user Amal Medhi on September 25, 2015. The cartoon was also signed under his name, indicating that he made it.
The American cartoonist Ben Garrison has also clarified on Twitter that he has not designed any cartoon in the Indian context.
