As per the title, the video is from the 2011 Japan earthquake. The title reads: Tsunami, Great East Japan Earthquake, Sendai airport, Sendai, Miyagi, Japan [11 Mar 2011].
On March 11, 2011, a massive earthquake of 9.0 magnitude struck Japan, followed by multiple severe aftershocks that led to a tsunami. As per the official figures released by the Japanese government, 19,300 lost their lives and more than 6,200 were injured.
In April 2011, Japan’s National Police Agency said that 45,700 buildings were destroyed and 144,300 were damaged by the quake and tsunami.
So, it is clear that the video in circulation is old and not related to the recent earthquake in Japan.
