We could not find any credible media report corroborating Biden’s viral remarks. We also checked the transcripts of the White House but could not find any similar remarks. Had Biden made such a controversial statement, mainstream media would have covered it.
Doing a Reverse Image Search of keyframes, we found Biden’s declaration that the United States will be sending 31 Abrams tanks to Ukraine on January 25, 2023. Biden is seen in the same attire and with the same flags behind him in footage of this address. None of the statements stated in the viral video circulated is included in this footage or the speech’s official transcript.
Thus, it is clear that the viral video is altered.
