Many users have shared the image claiming that the woman is the wife of Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy before and after receiving $40 billion in aid during the war. They are criticising his wife to spend the funds received in aid on her own leisure and not on the war-hit country.

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral picture and found it to be false.
Scanning through a Reverse Image Search, we identified the first picture on the official Instagram account of a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine — Kira Rudik. The image, posted on February 27, 2022, matches exactly with the first image in the viral post.
Rudik is also an animal rights activist and vice president of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) party. She is in no way connected to President Zelenskyy.
Kira Rudik’s Instagram account also accommodates the second picture. This picture, posted on December 10, 2022, matches with the second image in the viral post except for the man in the picture. In the picture, Rudik is standing with Billy Browder — a British financier and political activist.
And the pictures of President Zelenskyy’s wife — Olena Zelenska — found on her official Instagram account, are completely different from the viral post.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral post claiming to show the pictures of Olena Zelenska before and after receiving $40 billion funds for aid is not true.
