A video clip is being shared online claiming that it is a rare post of Swami Vivekananda’s speech on September 13, 1893, in Chicago, US.

According to the website Advaita Ashrama, the film is based on the autobiographical writings of Swami Vivekananda and attempts to recreate his life through his own words.
So, this proves that the clip is, indeed, a scene from a movie, and not an original clip of Vivekananda’s speech.
