Kohli’s Unbeaten 166 Guide India To A Mammoth Score Of 391 Runs

Thiruvananthapuram: Virat Kohli continues his top form as he scores his 74th century and returns unbeaten at 166 in 110 deliveries.

With this, India sets a mammoth total of 391 runs for Sri Lanka to chase.

India won the toss and elected to bat first against Sri Lanka. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill carry on with a strong 95-run partnership for the side.

Jayawardene reached 12,650 runs in 448 ODIs. Kohli went past him in just 259 innings. Sachin continues to top the tally with 18,426 runs from 463 ODIs at an average of 44.83 with 49 centuries and 96 fifties.

Virat is currently racing towards his 46th ODI and 74th international cricket century. He has hit his 65th ODI fifty.

At the time of becoming the fifth-highest run-scorer, Virat had 12,652 runs in 268 ODIs at an average of 57.78, with 45 tons and 65 half-centuries. His best score in the format is 183.

Kohli reaches his second best performance in ODI cricket with the most number of sixes. He smashed a total of 8 sixes and 13 fours.
